Job Description

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support an exceptional team of four C-level executives. This hybrid role requires expertise in managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level business activities, and maintaining seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding executive support, serving as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Plan and execute team off-sites and client events with attention to detail. Prepare presentations and reports, including data collection and analysis as needed. Strategically manage and prioritize complex calendars to ensure efficient scheduling. Oversee logistics for domestic and international travel arrangements. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership. Professional demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). Proven experience supporting three or more executives is highly desirable. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing executive team in a dynamic and collaborative environment in the Hartford area.
