The Opportunity Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Subcontract Administrator to join our team. The Lead Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for directing subcontractors and coordinating all functional departments and suppliers to meet specific program requirements. Additionally, the Lead Subcontract Administrator will: Develop subcontract program plans detailing performance objectives, master schedule, cost, and budget in accordance with the company's contractual obligations. Coordinate and administer all subcontractor and functional department's efforts to achieve subcontract program objectives. Prepare solicitations, with complete work packages for assigned commodities. Negotiate and prepare subcontract purchase order terms and conditions and change orders. Report subcontract program status to departmental and corporate management. Participate in multi-disciplined team for subcontractor selection and subcontractor reviews. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering PMP Certification preferred Minimum 5 years of experience with price analysis techniques, source selection/justification; risk identification and mitigation; experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flowdowns); capable of problem solving with exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of Public Laws, FAR/DFARS requirements. Program, project or US Government contract management experience will be very useful. Must be capable of working in a fast paced and pressure filled environment and have the ability to function effectively in a team setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). This position requires the ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI. No remote or hybrid options available. U.S. citizenship is required. Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
