What You'll Do: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, material handling, and warehousing activities. Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies aimed at cost reduction, improved efficiency, and timely delivery. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control, reduce carrying costs, and maintain material availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and material flow throughout the plant. Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics partners to negotiate rates, manage contracts, and resolve any logistical challenges. Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will also be considered). 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus). Fluency in Chinese is a plus, though not required.
