This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Customer Support/Delivery Coordinator Responsibilities: Assist delivery teams with route planning and map reading. Address and resolve customer inquiries, including nurse and patient requests and delivery adjustments. Perform data entry tasks for vehicle maintenance and customer information. Facilitate out-of-town shipments and coordinate UPS deliveries. Identify and report procedural errors or issues to management. Support team members with accident protocols and procedures. Maintain quality control for same-day deliveries. Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and pharmacy staff. Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person. Customer Support/Delivery Coordinator Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
