The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications ssist with patch and paint of offices and Lab interior walls as assigned. ssist with maintaining and monitoring all facilities, equipment and amenities. ssist with repair and maintaining onsite plumbing. Change of all filters for HVAC as required. Furniture moves, including office and employee relocations. Coordinate and manage facilities' vendors. Change interior and exterior light bulbs at multiple site locations Perform as needed office set-ups including furniture assembly, carpet cleaning, hanging dry erase boards. Inspect and maintain outside property, ssist with company events including tours, EAC events, grand openings, inspections. Oversee Janitor Service with daily trash removal, restocking, cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning exterior entryway, etc. Performs other work-related duties as assigned, Conditions of Employment: Individuals must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, and reference verification.
