Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into robust and user-friendly web applications. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain web applications using a combination of SharePoint, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies Experience implementing user interface/user experience (UI/UX) best practices and human-centered design (HCD) principles. Ensure web applications and data visualizations adhere to best practices for clarity, usability, branding, and accessibility. Use Power Apps to create interactive user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with SharePoint. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in SharePoint, Power Apps, and web development technologies. Nice to Have Experience with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and familiarity with .NET to enhance user experiences. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with resource management tools such as ResourceFirst or Planisware Other Responsibilities Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools and utilities. Determines systems software design requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures. SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University). Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
