HVAC Service Department - Experienced Dispatcher We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and Schedule Service Calls: Efficiently assign service calls to technicians and ensure all appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring smooth communication regarding service appointment times, technician arrivals, and updates. Create and Manage Work Orders: Generate and maintain accurate service call work orders, ensuring all details are correct for technicians to perform their duties efficiently. Track Service Call Progress: Monitor the status of ongoing service calls to ensure timely completion and handle any issues that arise to keep operations running smoothly. Professional Interaction: Communicate with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner, ensuring an excellent customer service experience. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC dispatching. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent service and managing customer expectations. Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with dispatching software. Punctuality and Reliability: Must be dependable and arrive on time, ready to contribute to team goals.
