With two thriving locations and plans for significant expansion, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Operations to help us build and sustain a scalable foundation for success.Position Overview:The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of restaurant operations. This leader will play a critical role in recruiting and developing top-tier talent, standardizing operational processes, and driving the success of both current and future locations. As a member of the leadership team, you will directly influence the growth trajectory of our brand.Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations at both current and future locations, maintaining high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Team Recruitment & Development: Recruit, hire, and train high-performing managers and team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. Standardization & Scalability: Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and systems to support rapid expansion. Financial Performance: Oversee budgets, manage P&L statements, and optimize labor, food, and operational costs to achieve profitability targets. Growth Support: Collaborate with ownership on site selection, new restaurant openings, and long-term strategic planning. Vendor & Inventory Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply chain performance and cost control. Compliance: Ensure all locations adhere to health, safety, and labor regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or casual dining concept. Proven ability to lead teams, recruit talent, and drive organizational growth. Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and optimizing P&L performance. Expertise in developing and implementing scalable processes and systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
