Superintendents work closely with the Project Manager to create and implement the overall strategy and project plan for success.DUTIES:· Manages overall project performance (scope, safety, quality, schedule, cost, Owner satisfaction).· Safety Program Implementation· Project Scheduling· Project Planning· Field Material & Equipment Procurement· Equipment Selection Analysis & Management· Contract Execution· Quality Control Program Execution· Crew & Labor Productivity Management· Project Reporting· Personnel Training (Foreman, GF, PE)· Client Relationships· Project Closeout Planning and Execution· Effectively supervises crews to ensure greatest productivity.SAFETY:· Superintendents must comply with all company IIPP standards and company safe practices along with OSHA requirements and local Air Quality rules.SKILLS: · Advanced knowledge and experience in the construction industry required.· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required.· Extensive experience and thorough knowledge of construction operations and production tracking.· Three consecutive years of relevant construction Superintendent experience with ten years of direct construction experience required.· Thorough understanding of formwork, mechanical equipment and piping systems.· Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project and Outlook are required.· Must possess a valid driver's license and is insurable.
