Be an ambassador for an exceptional guest experience as Reception Supervisor, where your passion for service will inspire your team and make our Owners and Guests feel valued.Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and supervise the Reception/Transportation team while ensuring all service standards are followedHandle Owner/Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departmentsAttend regularly scheduled departmental meetingsAssign tasks according to daily workflowBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsAssist Owners and Guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayCoordinate arrival and departure schedules for Owners and GuestsCoordinate daily transportation needsManager on duty responsibilities as assignedFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications:Valid Driver's License in good standing requiredPrevious experience in guest services department preferredPrevious Property Management System experience preferredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline an assetStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Tight-knit, inclusive, and knowledgeable teammates.Supportive team always willing to work together to complete the task at hand.Cohesive teams with the ability to be successful with and without direct supervision.Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
