Overview: The phenomenal growth of United Site Services is a direct result of our incredibly talented inside sales teams. We are expanding again and need inside sales professionals with the energy and enthusiasm to establish and build customer relationships. As a Territory Inside Sales Representative (TISR) your primary focus will be to execute outbound sales call campaigns designed to grow new and existing business. After thoughtfully engaging both customers and prospects, you will rank them by revenue potential, and either close them with your team or delegate accordingly. Responsibilities: Heavy emphasis on targeted outbound calls, cold calling companies within the territory, and establishing needsBuild and maintain the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniquesConduct effective sales presentations of the company's product line as it pertains to each customer's individual needsTake daily calls and manage to completion as well as manage emails effectivelyAct as liaison between customers, sales, field operations, and office personnel to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.Document sales activities, and generate quotes and orders using SalesforceEngage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligenceWork to revenue targets and KPI's as set by Supervisor. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour Pay Transparency Statement: At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
