The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, with a focus on talent acquisition and management, and serving as the DEIA champion. This role involves leading and managing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, equal employment opportunity, job classification, professional development, and compliance. The Executive Director will also be a strategic partner with senior leadership to promote a high-performance and inclusive work culture, and will be involved in the development and implementation of programs to increase diversity and ensure equity. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 3 years' experience in HR, EEO, or DEIA programs. The role requires exemplary communication skills, sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The Executive Director will be expected to have a strong understanding of professional management practices, relevant laws and regulations, and the ability to lead and evaluate a team.
