The role also involves the establishment of operational risk metrics, leading the preparation of dashboards, and maintaining reporting procedures. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years' experience in a financial institution, with a strong understanding of transaction processing and payment systems, as well as a background in operational or risk management-related reporting.
