Lehigh Valley-based construction management firm specializing in commercial construction projects across Pennsylvania and New Jersey Client Details Seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a proactive leader who ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Description Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, including planning, coordination, and execution. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure adherence to schedules and safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety regulations. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status. Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure they are available and utilized efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and safety logs. Resolve on-site conflicts promptly and effectively to minimize project disruptions. Profile Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong portfolio of completed projects. In-depth knowledge of commercial construction practices, codes, and regulations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites in PA and NJ.
