Our client is a rapidly growing RF System Design, Engineering, and Implementation business. Based in Denver, CO, they have extensive experience in the design and implementation of outdoor wireless communications networks that support mission critical systems for clients on all seven continents. Their networks incorporate a combination of Point-to-Point Microwave, Wi-Fi Mesh, LTE, Voice, SCADA, Telemetry, Cell phone boosters, Indoor Bidirectional Amplifiers, and Two-way radio communications. They provide engineered, high performance, outdoor wireless networks for the most demanding environments. Their focus is designing and deploying a wireless ecosystem to support our customer requirements. They engineer, deliver, and maintain high-performance, redundant, reliable, scalable, and robust communication solutions and the training, support, and on-going monitoring and maintenance services to maximize system performance and customer benefit.Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Field Sales professional with a history of demonstrated results in selling professional services and complex technology solutions. Specific solutions include wireless broadband, microwave, and 2-way radio solutions and a growing portfolio of engineering and managed service solutions. Candidates must have a proven history of success in finding and winning new business, and be motivated by a leveraged, un-capped, compensation plan.Specific Job Duties:Sell engineering services, monthly recurring services, and complex communications solutionsManage existing clients and expand our business relationshipsConsistently prospect and qualify targeted customers for new opportunitiesIdentify and qualify business opportunities with existing customersIdentify and qualify net-new business in new customer accountsIn-person meetings at customer locations throughout N. America businessManage and advance the sales cycles, prepare quotes and proposals, and close opportunitiesClose active business opportunities and generate profitable revenueEffective territory management, account management, and planningPipeline managementCollaborate with and effectively utilize team assets in purchasing, logistics, inside sales, and engineeringCommunicate clearly and concisely with customers, vendors, and other team membersDevelop active working relationships with vendors and suppliersMeet and exceed goals and deadlinesProfessional business planning, accurate forecasting, and demonstrate exceptional accountabilityMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
