DHL ***** Outside Sales - Account Representative (Kansas City)Permanent Direct Hire positionStart ** ASAP Kansas City, Missouri, 64153 (Relocation packages available) Monday - In office admin dayTues-Thurs - On the road meeting with clientsFriday - In the office admin day/some client meetingsBase ** $52-70K+ Quarterly commission bonuses up to 75% of their base salary per Quarter (company average is around $5,200/Quarter in commission or $20,800 annually)+ Additional $4,800 annually for car allowance+ Gas card to cover all gas expenses (personal & for work)Interview * 2 Video Interviews to HireMust Have *Selling internationally for 2-3+ years (working with international sales & clients)Previous Sales experience within the Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation industryPrevious B2B Sales experience (experience selling services vs. selling a product is preferred)Previous KPI measurement experienceAbility to build new client relationships while maintaining existing onesStrong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel (additional experience with a CRM system is preferred)Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred, if the candidate has less than 5 years of Sales/industry experienceStrong business acumen*UPS or FedEx experienceService solution sales, documented B2B sales, or international sales experienceDay to *As an Account Representative and sales professional , you will own a territory and direct the largest, most complex and most strategically significant negotiations, reaching agreements that have significant impact on the company's bottom line. The person who will thrive in this pivotal role must have the skills to maintain a high-level of customer service with existing customers and leverage relationships to expand business. In addition, the international sales professional will actively monitor and review customer global sales activity and make adjustments to processes and strategies to help the business grow.
