Seeking an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to drive new sales growth of innovative odor elimination technologies for industrial and manufacturing customers throughout the Northeast U.S. Target customers include asphalt plants, wastewater facilities, paper mills, and pet food manufacturing sites, providing custom solutions to address complex air emission and industrial odor issues. Ideal candidates will be sales "hunters" skilled at prospecting, target account selling, relationship building, new account penetration, and motivation to be recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in a market with great public visibility. This is a home-office opportunity with 30-50% overnight travel covering a multi-state sales territory. Compensation includes an attractive base salary, uncapped commission, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits.Essential Job **Manage existing accounts and prospect for new industrial and manufacturing customers.Conduct on-site visits to evaluate customer needs, demonstrate solutions, and troubleshoot systems.Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and commercial proposals.Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to design customized odor control systems to eliminate localized public odor challenges.Secure long-term contracts and build enduring customer relationships.Perform minor system troubleshooting and repairs on-site when needed.Qualifications ** BS/BA in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Management, or other related degree preferred. 3-5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in industrial or municipal wastewater, specialty chemicals, or environmental remediation solutions. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while using a consultative sales approach.Technical knowledge or troubleshooting aptitude of industrial or manufacturing processes, engineered systems, water chemistry, and/or flue gas air emissions.Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work a large sales territory independently.Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight within the defined territory.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Our client is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
