Responsibilities As a Permanent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or product line. Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals by generating new leads and closing sales deals. Conducting market research to understand competitors and market trends. Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Sales forecasting, tracking sales goals, and generating reports on sales activities. Prospecting potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events. Providing after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinating with the marketing department to optimize marketing efforts. Participating in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the waste management / tires industry Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to build productive professional business relationships. Strong prospecting skills and excellent networking ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and rejections. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other sales-related activities.
