A busy professional UHNW couple are looking for a high-level Personal Assistant to help their existing Family Office team and provide boots on the ground support in their home in Seattle. The role will require knowledge and/or transferrable skills with general administrationcalendaring, optimizing schedules (in particular with regards to the children) travel organization, research projects, property and project management, and overall building of structure and processes. The principals' main focus is to ensure their life is streamlined, allowing them as much time as possible to enjoy their family. Background: The couple are in the process of purchasing/ sourcing a new property in Seattle; assistance with this will be one of the first projects in this role. The needs of the family are growing, and the team will evolve accordingly, they hope to add a house manager, and household staff once the property is established.This role will be part of the wider Family Office team (based on the East Coast), the role provides a supportive environment and would like candidates who understand, appreciate, and reflect that ethos.
