Coda search is recruiting for an alternative investment firm that is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate with offices located in New York, NY. The Investor Relations analyst will be responsible for preparing quarterly and year-end marketing materials, responding to investor inquiries, RFP's/DDQ's, and assisting with the fundraising strategy.Responsibilities:Prepare quarterly and year-end investor reportsAssist with preparing marketing material for prospective investorsBuild frameworks and questionnaires for prospective investorsPrepare competitors analysisWork closely with the deals, marketing and operations teamUpdate and manage all information into the CRM systemAnswering investor questions and responding in a timely mannerQualifications: Bachelors degree required (min 3.5 GPA)4+ years experience in consulting, asset management, banking or private equityStrong excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong communication skills (written/verbal)
