Job Summary:Dashing Diva is looking for a Social & Community Marketing Manager to define, build, and oversee our brand social media strategy while cultivating and nurturing our online community. The ideal candidate will have a digital-first approach and the ability to be nimble and juggle various projects that change in real time. This person will need attention to detail and the ability to both see the big picture and execute day to day activations. They must have a pulse on what is happening in the industry and digital space and be obsessed with youth culture.Our ambition in 2025 is to completely overhaul our social channels as the first touchpoint for our customers. We are looking for a rockstar social and brand marketer to drive audience growth and increase engagement as we connect with a younger, more creative consumer.Major Duties & Responsibilities:Strategy & Channel Development (50%) Work alongside the Sr. Brand Manager & Digital Art Director to develop over-arching channel content strategyLead and project manage cross-functional workflow between creative and brand teams.Develop cross-channel social content strategy for campaign and collection rollout and optimize based on KPIsEstablish and protect DD brand voice and visual aesthetic across all social channels.Adapt brand pillars, goals and campaigns to an annual social plan and , own content planning timeline and milestones for social channels including Instagram, TikTok, FB, Pinterest, Youtube.Partner with team stakeholders to develop and execute best in class content and 360 storytelling in alignment with cross-functional partners including product development, education, sales, growth marketing and e-commerce.Maintain an "always on" evergreen level of exposure and support across all brand objectives including retailers, partners, influencers, UGC, branded content, DTC e-commerce, education, testimonials, ratings and reviews.Re-ignite Dashing Diva's TikTok presence with clear understanding of platform + actionable objectives based on business goals.Stay abreast of algorithmic changes and social platform updates; be at the forefront of what is happening in the space and propose new platforms to enter and first to market programs.Regularly review the social and digital work of our competitors and industry leaders and share competitive learnings with broader marketing team.Partner with PR agency, boosting partnerships and PR activations to drive new brand awareness and fan acquisition.Assist Performance Marketing Manager in the management and execution of paid social strategy and campaignsAct as the first touchpoint and voice of the Dashing Diva brand across all owned and organic social channels in a way that ensures a positive community experience and establishes clear brand voice.Influencer: (25%) Strategize, recommend and execute nano, micro and macro influencer partnerships alongside agencies and service providersDevelop and execute gifting/seeding strategyAnalytics & Reporting: (15%) Own and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytics report and summarize highlights for channel health, audience growth, engagement and DTC ecommerce traffic and sales.Track and monitor KPIs in real-time to optimize and pivot strategies, tactics, and content development.Utilize social listening to synthesize ongoing trends, test-and-learn, monitor competitive brands, and report on quantitative findings from social media community to inspire new campaigns.Brand Marketing: (10%) This person will be an essential member of the Brand Marketing team and will support other team members on projects as needed.Qualifications:5+ years of previous social media management, beauty industry preferred.Min 2 years managing a brand's social media channels, including TikTokBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant subject matter requiredProven ability to analyze social performance analytics, understand strategy and set KPISExperience in managing and growing brandsMust be willing and available to work in "˜real-time' and after business hours"”including evenings, weekends and holidays"”with an always on approach across all social media channelsStrong understanding and interest in current and upcoming beauty market trends and the cultural landscape, with the ability and desire to seek out new ideas and approaches that align with the DD brand.Naturally curious and an idea generator"”ability to brainstorm new ways to bring the brand to life on social mediaResourceful, detail-oriented, a problem-solver with the ability to take ownership and initiative, work efficiently and strategically while balance competing prioritiesExceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills including the ability to stay positiveExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and project management skillsElevated creative eye and aesthetic; strong creative vision and skills in photo, video and designKeen eye for analytics and data-driven decision makingYou'll love working at Dashing Diva because:Great work environment to grow and learn new skillsWe are collaborative and work closely with each otherWe give everyone a chance to be creative and value input and feedbackWe participate in fun events like Beautycon, NYFW In-office catered breakfast, lunches, and team lunches, team outings, and team-building activitiesPerks: Health benefits (Medical, dental, vision, AD&D, Life), 401(k) matching, PTOs, Company holidays, Summer Fridays & more !
