Our client, a large entertainment company based in Burbank, is looking for a Legal Marketing Assistant to join their team for a 4 month contract! Please note, this role will work a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Principal Counsel, Marketing Legal Affairs, and three Attorneys and a ParalegalSchedule and coordinate calendars, conference calls and meetings involving individuals in multiple time zonesUnderstand the day's priorities so that you can be strategic about how you direct phone callsInteract with internal assistants, attorneys and other executives, as well as outside firms, vendors and other entitiesPrepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely mannerDraft letters and emails on behalf of your leadersManage incoming and outgoing mailDraft, revise, redline/keep track of versions of, distribute and/or assist with the execution of, documents, including document templates, emails and presentations - DocuSign experience essentialManage documents within various online databases and systems, including systems for the execution of documents, filing of documents and the like-- NetDocs experience strongly preferredOrganize substantive materials accurately and efficientlyPerform assorted administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, ordering office supplies and ensuring IT needs are met/supportedSchedule conference rooms, meetings and video chatsHandle extremely confidential, sensitive informationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldAt least 2 years of significant administrative support experience in a legal environmentExperience supporting multiple attorneys at one time and appropriately balancing priorities, deadlines and deliverablesSharp written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabularyVery strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong proofreading skills and ability to multi task effectivelyStrong general computer and internet research skillsProven proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), Workshare, and Adobe AcrobatFamiliarity with DocuSign, SAP Workplace, Serengeti Tracker, Concur, NetDocs, Legal Tracker and working in a Windows environmentProficiency redlining, drafting and revising legal documents and correspondenceComplete reliability handling highly confidential and sensitive informationA highly professional demeanor, positive outlook and can-do attitudeIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
