Reporting directly to the VP of Supply Chain, this role involves developing and executing demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain strategies to meet customer service levels and financial objectives. A key responsibility will be to establish and facilitate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align supply chain operations with organizational goals. This position requires a forward-thinking, analytical leader who can drive operational excellence and foster cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Business Planning (IBP):• Develop, implement, and facilitate the Integrated Business Planning process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive the IBP process and support strategic decision-making.Demand Planning and Forecasting:• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using Slim4 advanced planning tools and methodologies to support inventory and supply chain decisions.• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to integrate market insights into forecasting processes.Inventory Management:• Oversee inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels across multiple tier-1 and tier-2 distribution centers.• Implement strategies to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.• Ensure product availability and high customer service levels across all distribution centers.• Plan Execution and Backorder Management:• Monitor the execution of supply chain plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Manage backorder monitoring and resolution to minimize customer impact and ensure timely fulfillment.Supply Chain Optimization:• Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.• Develop and execute plans to optimize network inventory levels and improve supply chain performance.New Product Introduction:• Work with commercial and strategic sourcing teams to manage the introduction of new products into the supply chain and phase-out of old products.• Ensure seamless integration of new products into existing inventory and supply chain processes.Team Leadership:• Lead and mentor the supply chain planning team, fostering professional growth and performance excellence.• Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Supplier Collaboration:• Partner with procurement and supplier management teams to ensure alignment of supply with demand.• Address supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Work closely with purchasing, logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies and execution.• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on supply chain performance and opportunities for improvement.Performance Monitoring:• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, inventory levels, and supply chain efficiency.• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Slim4 and Excel Power Query for data analysis and reporting.Continuous Improvement:• Identify and implement best practices in supply chain planning and inventory management.• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.• Other duties as assigned.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.• Proficiency in demand planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and data analytics platforms such as Power BI.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.• Strong skills in data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Excel Power Query.• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.• Knowledge of supply chain concepts, inventory optimization principles, and forecasting methodologies.• Master's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.• APICS certification or equivalent credentials.• Experience in the healthcare distribution industry or post-acute marketPhysical Requirements• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.Twin Med, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.Job Type: Full-time Status: Exempt Salary: $ 92,000.00 - $148,000.00 per year DOEBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• AD&D insurance• Dental insurance• Employee discount• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Health savings account• Vision insurance• Life insurance• Paid sick time• Vacation
