Qualifications:Must be highly organized and detail orientedStrong problem solving and follow-up skillsProficient with 10-key and must be able to type minimum 40 WPMExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and be part of a teamJob Responsibilities:Perform high volume inbound and outbound customer support calls with an emphasis on balances 60 days past due and olderReconcile credit memos and pre-payments against open invoicesWork cross functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues in a timely mannerMaintain accurate customer records in ERP systemAccountable for achieving monthly retention/collection goalsSend account statement and dunning letters as requiredPerform additional assignments as directed by the Accounting ManagerPreferredCustomer Support Experience Benefits: We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
