Apply today and join a team dedicated to making a difference!Custom Applicator Responsibilities: Accurately blend, load, and apply fertilizer and chemicals according to manufacturer and grower specifications.Collaborate with sales staff to plan and coordinate application and delivery schedules.Assist with monthly inventory management for seed, chemical, and fertilizer.Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure reliable performance and operational safety.Maintain detailed records of products applied, field locations, and equipment maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and environmental guidelines to uphold a culture of safety and regulatory adherence.Provide backup support to operations staff as needed.Custom Applicator Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license with clean record.Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.Must have Commercial Applicator's License.Must have Class A CDL or ability to obtain.Minimum of 1 year of related experience.Experience working with NH3 would be a plus!Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and effective teamwork skills.Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasks that require standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, and reaching in challenging areas.Benefits & Perks401(K) with 6% MatchHealth, Dental, & Vision InsuranceDisability InsuranceLife InsuranceAdvancement OpportunitiesWe kindly request that all applicants respect the confidentiality of this posting and refrain from attempting to deduce or disclose the associated company.
