The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.Job Description:The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, preparing the main advisor for his/her review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery.Key Skills:Strong organizational skillsExcellent communication; written and verbalAttention to detail and accuracyProactive management style and consistent follow-throughStrong work ethicA caring and confident dispositionMinimum Requirements:2 Years prior experience working in financial industry is a plusAssociate's degree Life & Health Insurance License Required within 6 months of employmentWorking knowledge of computers and software, (Microsoft Office)Ability to learn quickly and not adverse to changeKnowledge with working in CRMs (Redtail is a plus)Responsibilities:This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments.
