With a prestigious list of private and corporate clients, we strive to elevate our clients' visions by delivering extraordinary events paired with first-class service.Role OverviewThis is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Event Producer at Hessney & Co. in New York, NY. The Senior Event Producer will be responsible for communication, event planning, budgeting, event management, and project management to ensure the successful execution of events from start to finish. The Senior Producer plays an integral role at Hessney & Co.This individual is tasked with leading the creative team to plan and produce events, and ensuring successful execution of the visions of the team. This individual is heavily involved from initial discussions with client to day-of installation, production, breakdown, and post-event follow-up. He/she will work closely with the other members of Hessney & Co.'s creative team on all events.Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Screen and respond to all incoming event inquiriesManage and coordinate the Hessney & Co. calendar and schedule meetings with clients, vendors, and venues and assist with set up associated walkthroughsCreate creative design of mood boards and proposals of eventsOversee staffing and working details of all events with freelancers and the Hessney & Co. teamManage budgets and profit margins for specific eventsPlace orders for office and event suppliesMaintain the organization of company files, storage, and inventoryTrack, code and file all receipts for event expendituresMaintain an up-to-date inventory of office and event suppliesRun various errands in New York City and the surrounding areasCoordinate and execute all returns for unused and unneeded event itemsMaintain and organize Google Drive, Dropbox and event portfolio photosQualifications:Experience creating mood boards for luxury brandsStrong Communication and Project Management skillsExperience in Event Planning and Event ManagementAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience in working with high-profile clients is a plusBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fieldExperience in rendering a plus
