Job Description

Overview:The Project Manager will support the Creative Services department by managing projects, schedules, and communication. Acting as the liaison between the Creative team, other departments, and third-party vendors, the project manager ensures timely and accurate delivery of web content, product photography, video, and marketing assets.Key Responsibilities:Oversee project management system (WorkFront) for intake, assignment, and tracking of creative requests.Coordinate project timelines, reviews, and deliverables across departments.Manage product photography and video processes, including sample logistics, shot planning, and budgeting.Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and delivered on time for eCommerce, email, and digital marketing.Provide status updates, maintain assets, and support creative and special projects as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, creative, or related field with 3+ years of experience in the creative or project management field.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Scene 7.Experience with project management software (e.g., WorkFront) preferred.Knowledge of production processes, SAP, and eCommerce experience is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.Collaborative team player with strategic thinking abilities.This role is on-site 4 days per week in our New York City office and offers one hybrid day per week as business needs permit.If you're a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and creativity, we'd love to hear from you!
