Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team and manage the scheduling of various types of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, and CPM scheduling using Primavera P6. This role will involve the hands-on development, updating, and maintenance of project schedules, including baseline activities, logic integration, cost/resource loading, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, including the entry of baseline schedule activities and logic based on input from project teams.Update and revise schedules in collaboration with project superintendents and project managers to accommodate project changes and ensure timely completion.Load cost, labor, and material resources into the schedules to generate accurate cash flow reports and resource histograms.Develop and update both summary-level and detailed schedules, establishing criteria for schedule development, including work breakdown structure (WBS) and scheduling details.Identify and track major milestones, critical approvals, procurement items, and long lead times based on discussions with project teams, contractors, and consultants.Monitor critical and near-critical path activity sequences, and provide regular reports on progress, trends, and potential delays.Assess project progress through site inspections and suggest corrective actions or recovery plans when delays are anticipated or occur.Produce earned value reports and other financial and scheduling reports to track project performance.Maintain clear communication with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the project schedule aligns with expectations and deadlines.Requirements:5+ years of experience in CPM scheduling for construction projects.Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other relevant scheduling tools.An associate's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent construction experience.In-depth understanding of Scheduling, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Methods, Earned Value Analysis, and other scheduling methodologies.Highly motivated with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Aptitude for using personal computers and software, and a willingness to learn new tools and methods.Ability to work effectively in a challenging and dynamic environment.Skills and Attributes:Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Ability to work collaboratively within project teams and across various stakeholders.Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting solutions to maintain schedule integrity.Why Join Us:Join Civil Technology, Inc. and be part of the transformation of one of the busiest international airports.
