Job Description

As Crain Homes' Marketing Manager, you'll be our brand's storyteller across all platforms. You'll craft engaging daily content for Instagram and other social media, manage targeted ad campaigns, and maintain a cohesive marketing calendar. Your role involves creating a consistent brand narrative through our website, newsletters, and CRM system. You'll ensure every client touchpoint reflects Crain Homes' unique voice and values, weaving our story into every interaction and campaign.Day to Day:Marketing calendar: The primary responsibility for this role will fall within the area of organizing and planning for communication and distribution around the brokerage. This includes things like:Managing the marketing calendar -fulfilling print and digital campaigns periodically.Draft and plan content for all important dates, including company birthdays, anniversaries and other tentpole moments for the company.Daily social media activity: This mainly involves using Instagram and TikTok, while occasionally engaging on LinkedIn. Usually this is 1 post every morning and a few click-through stories.Having experience in mobile photo/video work, some experience in CapCut or similar is preferredMaintain a library of curated work: Marketing assets, brand/agent collateral, and digital designs are maintained and expanded in our Canva dashboard, which serves as a central hub for most recurring marketing materials.Print and digital design: Create and submit monthly and quarterly brokerage advertisements while adhering to industry regulations and maintaining brokerage brand standards. We appreciate a keen eye for detail and a collaborative approach to feedback and revisions.Skills & Responsibilities:A positive energy that's contagious - Someone who can inspire and motivate others while fostering collaboration.Social mediaCreate, schedule, collaborate with the team, and manage engaging content across all platforms to grow our online presence and connect with the community. Proficiency in design tools - Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, social publishing tools, and email marketing software effectively.
