You will work with a team to ensure patients receive the emotional care they need throughout their fertility journey.What You Will Do:Meet with patients to inform them about available support services.Collaborate with physicians, counselors, and genetic counselors to provide psychological support.Coordinate counseling and support groups for infertility, IVF, third-party reproduction, pregnancy loss, grief, and other patient needs.Conduct assessments for donors and gestational carriers.Offer consultations to donor recipients and intended parents.Provide staff support and training to ensure patient care needs are met.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and facility training.Assist with gestational carrier programs as needed.What You Bring:Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.Licensed Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.Minimum of 5 years of counseling experience, preferably in a healthcare setting; knowledge of infertility is a plus.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in leading support groups and developing programs.Working Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those which should be met, with or without reasonable accommodation (IAW ADA Guidelines), by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees should have the visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and operation of standard office machines and equipment.CCRM's Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package.
