Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrative Support Representative to assist our Key Account Managers (KAMs) with administrative tasks, billing, and payment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, exceptional customer service abilities, and a collaborative team spirit.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Assist Key Account Managers with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing customer billing and compensation payment processes.Contractor Management: Ensure Independent contractors are enrolled in DCN/ASG and collect and retain all required documents from contractors.Settlement Processing: Process weekly contractor settlements and invoice customers on a weekly basis.Payment Collection: Contact customers to follow up on payments and post and deposit customer payments.System Maintenance: Maintain and update current information across various systems.Training & Support: Train Key Account Managers on the Processing System and assist in training new Account Administrators.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to accounts, contractors, and coworkers.Special Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned.Miscellaneous: Perform various other administrative duties as needed.Qualifications:Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods.Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and data entry.Benefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offSchedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to FridayCompensation: $19 p/hour
