Our primary focus is on removal defense and family-based immigration, with an emphasis on asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Job DescriptionPrimary responsibilities will be to represent clients in removal proceedings, family court SIJS proceedings, BIA appeals, USCIS interviews, prepare and draft briefs and memorandum of law, and research innovative ways to help our clients.
