Whether you are seeking preventive care or advanced medical attention, Tender Heart Animal Clinic prioritizes the health and well-being of your furry family members, offering personalized and compassionate care tailored to each animal's needs.Join Our Team!Qualifications:· At least 2 years of experience as a Practice Manager, in a medical setting (veterinary, dental or medicine)· Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal - with team members and patient families.· Time management and prioritization skills· Staff scheduling and management experience· Knowledge of financial budget management· Proficient with Microsoft Office, computer skills· A "can do" attitude that is dependable and has a big heart for animals!Schedule:Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pmDuties Include:· Manage day-to-day operations of the veterinary office and boarding facility· Collaborate with the veterinarian/owner on ways to improve the office and provide a better work environment for the Tender Heart team and patients · Analyze workflows to plan for efficient scheduling of staff and doctors· Responsible for the recruiting, onboarding and retention of staff· Responsible for human resource management· Monitor office KPIs and must be able to report on ongoing progress to the veterinarian/owner· Manage the usage of the office's electronic health record and ensure it is used correctly and accurately by the staff· Communicate with supply and service vendors· Inventory management· Contribute and manage a positive team environment that encourages self-improvement and personal satisfaction in excellence!Ask us about our competitive salary and benefit package.
