Pay Rate: $22-$26 hourlySchedule: In office daily; Monday-Friday 8am-5pmLocation: Aurora, CO 80019Key Responsibilities:Assist with developing and implementing safety policiesCoordinate safety training sessions and track employee certificationsSupport new hire safety training and manage safety equipment distributionLead monthly safety meetingsPerform clerical duties, including completing inspection logs and safety-related documentation as well as managing tolls, vehicle tickets and GPS software of fleet vehiclesMonitor and track fleet inventory to ensure adequate supply levelsAssist in developing policies and procedures for fleet managementAnalyze fleet data to identify areas for improvementPrepare fleet operation reports for managementProvide backup coverage for other administrative positionsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus2+ years of administrative experience requiredExperience in construction, safety, or related is highly desirableStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePositive, flexible, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyBackground check and drug screen required upon hire
