Our site, Albea New York is our Sales Offices for North America.ScopeNPD service deskMain activitiesBuilds and manages the project from need formulation up to delivery of first industrial production (QCT & performances)Interact with customers, sales, marketing to collaborate on customer and strategic projectsCollaborate with the manufacturing site to secure resources and set prioritiesAnticipate risks and proactively address them-if during launch we faced quality issues, PM is going to support proactively the mfg/quality teamsEnsure NPD methodology is understood and effectively implement it in the organizationSupport NPD service desk team membersPresenting on the bi weekly basis status of ongoing projects to salesKeep up to date the controlling process (BWISE)Accountability including KPIsGuarantees project feasibility with Need, Product, Process, Suppliers and Supply chain leaders. Make sure of on time validation of the projectEnsures technical approval from customer / market (product/process...) in relation with Need leader and, when necessary, with support from Product Process or Suppliers and Supply chain leadersGuarantee global and operational transfer of the project to the plant until production is stabilizedShare project's Quality/Cost/Time Performance objectives and guarantee new product launches are on-time, in full, at cost, on budget, and meet quality requirements in line with project charter.Ensure that Service Desk projects are on time - support SD PM members and check on a weekly basis status of all projects.Profile (Experience & qualifications)5 years' experience in project management role involving direct client interface and product developmentExperience in packaging/fast moving consumer good industry is preferred.Implementation of LSS methodologies on transactional or non-manufacturing environments, a plus.Experience in Quality Management Systems, a plusFluent in both Mandarin and English (written and oral)Knowledge of injection molding and mold design/development is a plusProficiency in Project Management (PMI certification a plus)
