Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work alongside multiple firm Partners, support Associates, and become an important part of a fast-growing team. This individual will perform a variety of tasks, keep client transactions on track, and will directly support team leadership.Activities include opening new accounts / prepping analysis for client meetings / managing client interaction. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Required knowledge, skills, abilities include:1+ year(s) of industry experience in Financial Services - LPL knowledge is a plus1+ year(s) of Administrative/Operations experienceStrong communication skillsOutstanding organization and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency with (or ability to quickly learn) Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SalesforceDiscretion and ConfidentialityCompensationSalary Range based on experience: $ 55,000 - $70,000 annuallyEquitable Advisors, LLC, member FINRA, SIPC, (Equitable Financial Advisors in MI and TN) and affiliate, Equitable Network, LLC, (Equitable Network Insurance Agency of California, LLC; Equitable Network Insurance Agency of Utah, LLC; Equitable Network of Puerto Rico, Inc.) are Equal Opportunity Employers M/F/D/V.
