If you have a keen eye for detail and a background in Fitting/Specking Garments , we want to hear from you.DutiesCollaborate with design and product management teams to develop technical specifications for new productsConduct fit sessions on Fit Mannequins , including size sets to make necessary fit correctionsCommunicate Fit Comments with Freelancers trying on clothing on their childrenAble to identify fit issues, perform fit adjustmentsConduct fittings and provide feedback on garment constructionCreate detailed technical sketches using Adobe IllustratorUtilize CAD software to translate design concepts into technical drawingsCreate Tech PacksWork closely with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designsStay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into designQualifications:Understanding of garment constructionAbility to identify fit issues and present options to solve issuesProficient in Illustrator, MS ExcelStrong communication skills (written and verbal) to team members and appropriate deptsTime management and organization skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesSense of urgency and Extreme attention to detailAbility to proactively problem solve
