Mechanical Engineer SupervisorPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer Supervisor to lead our engineering team in designing, developing, and overseeing mechanical systems and components. This position requires a strong technical background along with leadership skills to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.Oversee the design and analysis of mechanical systems in accordance with ASME standards and UL standards.Manage project timelines, ensuring designs are completed and approved in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electrical controls and other engineering disciplines.Review and approve project documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and drawings created using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.Conduct inspections and evaluations of existing mechanical systems, including piping, ducting, combustion systems, and boilers.Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for mechanical system failures and inefficiencies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with supervisory experience preferred.Strong knowledge of ASME BPVC design principles and UL standards.Proficient in CAD programs including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.Experience with construction and installation processes for mechanical systems.Familiarity with combustion systems, fans, pumps, and steam generation technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
