Electrical Engineer Salary: 46,000 per annum Location: Central London (Foot mobile role no vehicle required) Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Were looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London. This is a foot mobile position, ideal for someone who enjoys walking between sites, especially with the sun coming out for the summer Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works Fault finding, testing, and remedial work in line with 18th Edition standards Minor installation work where required Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintain accurate records and complete job reports via the CAFM system Liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams as needed Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) Previous experience in commercial building maintenance Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Good communication and organisational skills Package: 46,000 salary Monday to Friday working pattern Foot mobile role travel expenses covered (e.g. Oyster/travel card) Uniform, tools, and training provided Opportunities for progression and additional training If you meet the criteria and are looking for a stable role with a strong team and consistent Central London work, apply now.
