Overseenursing interventions , including medicine managementAbout You The ideal candidate will have: ?RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN ? Experience intracheostomy and ventilator care (within the last 2 years) ? Asupportive leadership stylethat brings out the best in others ?Strong communication skillsto liaise effectively with patients, families, and MDTs ?
