From junction improvements to surfacing, drainage, and pedestrian infrastructure, they deliver high-quality, sustainable construction solutions across the country. The Role:As Site Agent, youll be responsible for the safe, efficient delivery of highway and civil works, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all works are completed to high standards of safety, quality and cost efficiency. Youll lead site teams, manage subcontractors, control budgets and ensure strict compliance with industry and company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and manage site teams and subcontractorsPromote and enforce health and safety standards (zero tolerance to unsafe acts)Manage resources, programmes, labour and materialsDeliver projects within time, budget and specificationMaintain strong client communication and satisfactionEnsure site records, reports, and safety documentation are accurate and up to dateEncourage continuous improvement and staff developmentRequirements: ONC/HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or ConstructionFull clean driving licenceCSCS Professionally QualifiedSMSTS / IOSH certifiedStrong experience in highway construction and maintenanceCommercial and contractual awarenessExcellent communication, leadership and organisational skillsInterested?
