Nursery ManagerSt Albans FWC | Childcare | Permanent contract | Full timeCompetitive salary, depending on experience40 hours per weekOur Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Nursery Manager to be based at our St Albans Fitness and Wellbeing Centre in our Nuffield Health gym.This is a fantastic opportunity to help run one of the brilliant Nuffy Bear nurseries inside the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity. We’re Ofsted registered and we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. As a Nursery Manager, you’ll be qualified with the NNEB, an NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC or BA Hons (or equivalent). You’ll need experience of managing a team and an enhanced DBS check. Crucially, you’re great at communicating with parents, carers and external professionals.As a Nursery Manager, you will:Ensure our nursery and its team provide the best possible high-quality care and educationChampion the health, growth and development of every child in our careFollow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Oversee planning activities and assessments while implementing updates to childcare legislationHold overall responsibility for SEN and SafeguardingIdentify opportunities to grow sales and achieve revenue targetsHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
