Loom Talent are supporting a leading 3PL with the appointment of a Contract Manager for one of their long-standing customers in Hemel Hempstead. This commercial role will oversee both Transport and Warehouse Operations and will be responsible for the ongoing success and growth of the contract. In the role of contract manager, you will be responsible for the following:Build a relationship with the customer, securing contract renewals and ensuring business excellenceEnsure all KPI's, such as operational and financial targets are met as requiredEngage, develop and motivate your team to ensure a positive workplace and drive colleague engagementWork efficiently to tight deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction targets and service targets are adhered toEnsure effective communication throughout the operation, communicating planned requirements providing information on performance, company news and procedures To be successful in your application for contract manager you will meet the following criteria:Management from within a 3PL provider and an understanding of the operational requirements. EssentialFamiliar with service level expectations, in both a transport environment & Warehouse environment. EssentialCommercially astute with the ability to deliver an excellent service against budget. EssentialThe ability to continually look for ways to enhance and improve processes.
