If you’re experienced in coordinating international moves and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing international household goods moves from start to finish.Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the moving process.Coordinating logistics and documentation for sea, air, and road shipments.Liaising with agents, shipping lines, and customs authorities globally.Preparing and reviewing quotes, costings, and invoicing for each move.Ensuring compliance with all international moving and customs regulations.Maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.Handling any issues or delays swiftly and professionally.Monitoring and updating move management systems and databases.Advising clients on insurance options and claims procedures.Scheduling packing and delivery teams in coordination with operations.Supporting business development by providing service excellence.What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in international household goods moving is essential.Strong understanding of customs regulations and international logistics.Excellent client service and communication skills.Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.Proficiency in move management systems and Microsoft Office.A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a team-oriented approach.Interested?
