Our mission is to make adult social care Affordable and Accessible for All.Role DescriptionThe Sales Business Development Lead role at ASM engages care homes, nursing homes and home care agencies to onboard them on to our platform, help them benefit from our services and make them permanent long term customers and users of ASM services. The process involves leveraging personal and professional networks to create awareness of the company's brand, deliver demo sessions of the product, articulate the unique value proposition of Care Marketplace and its selling points differentiating us from other competitor platforms in the market, highlight the benefits in terms of cost savings and ease of use, and ultimately grow the customer base and the revenue. The Sales Business Development Lead is also expected to contribute in the company's future long term growth strategy not just in the adult social care sector but also with NHS Trusts in the future. As such this is an excellent opportunity for candidates having an opportunity centric growth mind set and who are willing to partner with us in our journey for the long term.The Sales Business Development Lead role can be located anywhere in the UK and therefore it is fully remote. Occasional visits may be required to our London base however they are not a mandatory condition. All travels costs in relation to the job will be fully covered.Company is willing to consider part-time as well as flexible working hours to achieve a win-win outcome.
