Candidates should have a solid culinary management background and have worked in quality restaurants in their career. CHEF - LONDON, ENGLAND - CHEF Requirements / Responsibilities Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers, understand reports and related correspondence and accurately perform all essential job functions Must have a high-end quality food and beverage experience Seeking a better work/lifestyle balance in their culinary career. 3 days cooking in the restaurant (Thursday to Saturday) and 2 days in a creative office-based environment Contribute to branding, marketing, and creative projects. Fluent in English (spoken and written) One special sitting per evening He/She will be responsible under the Resident Chef to direct food preparation and cooking activities, Estimate food requirements and food and labour costs.
