The ideal candidate should already be a resident in the UK and possess a youthful energy to help oversee and evaluate all activities related to our sales network for a company providing passenger transport services to and from the airport. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all organizational and evaluative activities of the sales network operating from Stansted to London. Maintain strong relationships with the operational team, which is managed by a partner, ensuring effective coordination for smooth transport operations as per schedule. Optimize processes and situations to maximize sales while ensuring that passenger transport activities run efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with various departments to monitor service levels and coordinate sales strategies aligned with operational capabilities. Prepare reports and performance metrics to evaluate the efficiency of sales initiatives and recommend improvements. Assist in training and developing sales staff to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role within the transport or customer service industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal teams and external partners. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and implement necessary changes. Familiarity with sales strategies and customer relationship management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
