Production Supervisor | Sheffield We''re partnering with with a long-standing, reputable brand in Sheffield to recruit a Production Supervisor for their successful manufacturing operation. This hands-on role will lead a small, high-performing team on the production line and offers a clear pathway to a Production Manager position perfect for someone ambitious and ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example on the production line, ensuring team performance and efficiency Set standards and drive improvements in quality and operational procedures Maintain capacity to meet customer demand and sales forecasts Ensure hygiene and compliance standards are consistently met (BRC/SALSA) Support warehouse and goods-in to ensure timely raw material availability Conduct machinery changeovers, clean-downs, and support general maintenance What We''re Looking For: Experience in a fast-paced food production environment Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of operators Knowledge of hygiene, BRC/SALSA standards, and audit prep Engineering/technical mindset with practical machinery skills Physically capable and hands-on Forklift/driving license a plus What''s on Offer: Non-discretionary bonus Generous holiday package (increasing with service) No shift work An amazing, people-first company culture
