Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Bridgwater (Site-based with flexibility) Sector: Infrastructure Civils & M&E Type: Permanent | Full-Time The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project in the South West. Key Responsibilities Commercial management from procurement to final account Subcontractor management & contract administration (NEC preferred) Monthly CVRs, financial forecasting & reporting Use of systems such as CEMAR and Excel for cost/contract tracking Supporting junior QS staff and operational teams Liaising with stakeholders to drive value and mitigate risk What Youll Need Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contracts Experience in civils, utilities, or infrastructure sectors Confident communicator with good Excel and reporting skills Ability to manage workloads and hit deadlines on site-based projects Whats on Offer Competitive Salary (DOE) Generous Pension 20% contribution Bonus Scheme 5% annually (paid quarterly) Death in Service 8x salary Annual Pay Reviews Full chartership support (RICS / CICES) Clear career path on long-term frameworks
